MANAGING DIRECTOR
Cenk (pronounced “Jenk”) has spent his adult life working with, in, and on boats. Cenk followed in the footsteps of his father and brothers when he joined the Navy straight out of school. Cenk got his big break into commercial yachting when he was working under the direction of legendary Super Yacht captain Richard Cookson on the board of the 138 metre “Savarona”. Cenk became a captain of a Super Yacht in his own right at the tender age of 29. Life then took another turn for Cenk when he got the opportunity to move to Mallorca. Cenk enjoys working at Mallorca Marine Group with the rest of the team. Cenk is married to the beautiful Cigdem and they have a lovely little boy, Kartal.

MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Matthew came to Mallorca in 2005, after working in the yachting industry as crew for over fifteen years he decided to look for something more land based. Using this experience, Matthew decided to join Mallorca Marine Group. Matt can visit your boat and offer you your peace of mind quote.

Thomas has been on the island since the year 2000. After extensive years or crewing yachts of various sizes, he has chosen to give up the “life at sea” in order to convert his extensive knowledge of yachts to join the brokerage team. His trainee-ship as a ship broker at Hamburg-Sud and entrepreneurial background serve as a great platform to forge his way with us. He is a keen sportsman particularly fond of rugby (playing, coaching or reffing!), but can also be found swimming, playing golf or tennis.

CHARTER & MOORING MANAGER
Mircea is an economist holding an MBA in International Business. He has lived in Mallorca since 2014 and decided to take the leap into the fascinating world of yachting. Besides his roles as Charter & Mooring Manager, Mircea comes with vast experience in Digital Marketing as well as traditional B2B and B2C Marketing. He loves sports and quite often you might spot him at RCD Mallorca’s home games.

Emily recently moved to Mallorca, but has always had a strong connection throughout her life to the water and boats. Having spent the last few years on boats, her experience further fueled the love for the water and couldn’t imagine working in any other industry.
